About FlowPsyche
FlowPsyche grew out of something I kept noticing — in clinical work, in research, and in my own experience: the people who most need support often can’t access it. Not because the tools don’t exist. But because they don’t understand what’s happening in their body, they haven’t had their experience validated, and when everything feels overwhelming, there are too many options and no clear place to start.
I’ve spent over 25 years working with burnout, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation — including my own. My masters research was on burnout. I’ve published on it. And I’ve spent years inside environments where dysfunction was normalised and distress was treated as a personal failing.
FlowPsyche is built from what I know people actually need first: to understand, to feel that their response makes sense, and to have one small, clear option available.
Created by a registered psychologist. Shaped by what it feels like to need support and not know where to start.

What FlowPsyche Is
FlowPsyche offers small, science-informed nervous system tools for people who are already doing too much.
Not a programme. Not a membership. Not another thing to keep up with.
Each resource stands alone — designed to be useful in a single sitting, on a hard day, without any setup or commitment. You don’t need to understand your nervous system to use them. You don’t need to be consistent for them to help.
The tools are built for the moments before collapse — when pushing through feels worse than stopping, but stopping feels impossible too.

What You’ll Find Here
Calm-in-5™ For when your body is too activated to think. Micro-regulation tools for anxiety, agitation, emotional flooding, and shutdown — designed to work even when your system is already overloaded.
Think-in-5™ For when your mind won’t stop looping and you’re starting to get mean to yourself. Supports cognitive clarity during spirals, decision paralysis, and self-critical overthinking.
Workday Reset Kit (free when you join the FlowPsyche community) For the moment mid-afternoon when you’ve been on all day and there’s no off switch. Regulation breaks — not productivity breaks — so the rest of the day costs less.
Dream It. Plan It. Do It. — The Goal Setting Workbook For when your goals keep not sticking and you’ve started to suspect the problem is you. It isn’t. Most goal-setting advice skips straight to the plan — missing the part where you figure out what you actually want. This psychology-informed workbook and audio guide starts there, before it asks anything of you.
Know Your Nervous System — The Guide For when you know something is wrong but you can’t name it. This 16-page science-informed guide walks you through your four stress responses — fight, flight, freeze, and fawn — in plain language. What’s happening in your body, why it keeps happening, and what actually helps in each state. No pressure to track or apply. Just clarity, finally.

A Note on What FlowPsyche Is Not
FlowPsyche is not therapy. It is not coaching. It is not a healing programme or a path to transformation.
If you’re experiencing significant psychological distress, please reach out to a qualified health professional. These tools are designed to support regulation in everyday moments — they are not a substitute for clinical care.
